What You’ll Do

Virtually join Chef Davide in Tivoli, Italy for a truly authentic and unique epicurean experience.

During this live interactive online cooking class, Chef Davide will join you virtually from just outside of Rome, Italy to teach you how to master two of the most iconic Italian recipes, including silky ribbons of handmade fettuccine with tomato sauce and panna cotta! Chef Davide will teach you how to prepare each recipe completely from scratch, offering professional tips, tricks, workarounds and Nonna's time-honored trade secrets along the way.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

He began working in kitchens at age 16 and moved to Europe to explore different cuisines firsthand after graduating. He quickly landed at a culinary academy in Italy and graduated with honors. Chef Davide has since donned many chef hats, including those as a private chef, consultant, instructor and entrepreneur.

We made homemade pasta with tomato sauce and panna cotta. I received this as a gift from my daughter to perfect my panna cotta skills. It was a delightful way to spend a snowy evening. Davide was fabulous! He gave clear directions and walked us through each step. He has a great personality for teaching & was funny and witty. I enjoyed a few laughs. Just can’t say enough positive about this fantastic lesson. Food was delicious and I finally know the secret to a great panna cotta. Win win!

Today I made homemade fettuccini, homemade basil marinara, and homemade panna cotta! I can’t even begin to explain how simple and WONDERFUL this experience was! Chef was thorough, calm, and precise with his instructions! It moved like a symphony in perfect tune!!! I wish I were able to recommend this class to EVERYONE! If leaving this review is all I can do, I give it 15 out of 10 stars!!! This class has given me the confidence to up my personal cooking to another level! THANK YOU CHEF for everything today! My wife literally cried when she tried my Panna cotta!!! All because YOU taught me how!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!! This was the GREATEST Christmas gift I could have possibly received!!! I’m not a chef, I’m a cook! And this class just kicked me up a notch!!! Nothing but praise and admiration!!! Salute!!!

We LOVED this class! Chef Davide was an excellent instructor. The recipes were really simple, but so delicious. They are definitely recipes we plan to make again (and again!) Chef was friendly and helpful. He shared techniques, hints and answered our questions clearly. Thank you Chef!
