Chef Daniel led such a great and informative class! He is funny and friendly. My friend and I came together and made 3 pizzas - Margherita, White Pizza, and because I was allergic to pesto he allowed me to bring my own ingredients and make a Custom Pizza (spicy honey pizza)! He gave incredibly detailed explanations about not only what to do but why certain reactions happen in the process of cooking. We gained a better understanding of best practices in the kitchen. My friend and I are also from New York, and the pizza we made was the closest we’ve ever come across to a New York slice in the Bay Area!
