Online Cooking Class - Authentic Spanish Paella

Learn how to prepare an authentic saffron-scented Spanish seafood paella right in your own kitchen.

Prepare an authentic, one-pan seafood paella from scratch as well as a refreshing and flavor-forward Spanish salad under the guidance of Chef Daniel in this virtual cooking class. There is no need for any specialized equipment other than a flat skillet of the appropriate size. A 9-inch skillet is ideal for paella that serves up to four people, while a 12-inch skillet is good for six to eight people.

“We know ingredients are hard to find these days, so I’m available to work with you on substitutions. We do not need a specialized paella pan, we can cook this dish with any medium size flat-bottomed skillet!” - Chef Daniel

Cozymeal guest reviews for this experience

This was our first experience with Cozymeal and were unsure if a Zoom session would be an effective way to learn how to make this dish. We had a great time and enjoyed learning from Chef Daniel! The pacing was great and we loved the food we made. We ended up making it again on our own the following day.

Lots of fun!! Daniel was clear, to the point and interesting. We had 4 people working 3 separate pots and slight variations of recipe. Each turned out great!!!! Go with Daniel!
