Join Chef Daniel and learn the art of creating the perfect New York slice.

Just because you’re in the Bay Area doesn’t mean you can’t experience a New York quality pizza. In this class, Chef Daniel will teach you the skills you need to whip up a flawless pie that would impress even a lifelong Brooklynite.

The most important part of a great pizza is making the perfect crust. You’ll learn the time-honored technique to mixing, kneading and stretching dough to form the New York crust you know and love. As for toppings, Chef Daniel will teach you how to make your own fresh ricotta, a delectable béchamel sauce and more. For your pizza feast, you’ll have your choice of a classic pizza margherita, pesto pizza or a pizza bianca with ricotta and fresh greens.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
