Explore new and improved vegan ingredients in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Daniel will be your guide as you test out a variety of fresh vegan cheeses to liven up your cooking at home.

Begin by preparing pizza dough that you’ll roll, stretch and bake as a base for your savory creations. Next, craft handmade vegan ricotta to shower over your new favorite pie. Get inspired by delicious toppings, from creamy vegan melting cheese to fresh, seasonal vegetables, handpicked at the local market.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
