Booked the class Vegan Dinner in Tuscany with Chef Maggie in East Bay (Oakland)
The Vegan Tuscan experience was exceptional! I bought it for my husband for the holidays as a gift and he loved it.
Booked the class Vegan Dinner in Tuscany with Chef Maggie in South Bay & Peninsula (Menlo Park)
This was fun, informative, and delicious! Maggie made a custom menu for us and was extremely positive and accommodating. She was extremely professional and prepared, and she was totally unfazed by our rather small kitchen. Highly recommend!
Booked the class Handmade Pasta Workshop with Chef Doug in San Francisco (Mission)
Our experience with Chef Doug was fantastic! Not only was the food amazing, but he was wonderful company to have over for the evening and he left our kitchen cleaner than it was when he arrived. We can’t wait to try the recipes he left us again and can’t recommend him enough!
Booked the class Handmade Pasta Workshop with Chef Doug in San Francisco (Nob Hill)
Chef Doug was amazing. The recipes were delicious and he was very hands on in the lesson. He was also extremely friendly, and made great conversation. He also brings everything you need for the lesson, and does a great job cleaning afterwards. 10/10 will definitely do another course! Thanks for a fantastic evening!

Fantastic! Would highly recommend!
Booked the class Paella and Tapas with Chef Daniel in San Francisco (Potrero Hill)
We had a great time, and the tapas and paellas that we were making are something that I can continue to make at home. It was delicious. But more importantly, Chef Daniel is patient and thoughtful. He shares his experience organizing one's kitchen, prepping before cooking, using a knife effectively, and managing the heat during cooking, all of those little things that make up an excellent dish. Something you couldn't get from merely reading and following the recipe. It is about learning great cooking habits and workflow. One tends to want to cook more often if one has a great workflow and process to achieve the desired outcome.
Booked the class Classics of India with Chef Meghna in San Francisco (Noe Valley)
This was an amazing class that taught us so much!
Booked the class The Process of Perfect Pizza with Chef Cat in San Francisco (Bernal Heights)
Such a great experience!! I had so much fun and learned a lot, too! You can tell Chef Cat is passionate about her craft!
Booked the class Wood Fired Neapolitan Style Pizza with Chef Phoebe in San Francisco (West Portal)
Was hoping it was a bit more in depth like getting the fire going or making the dough. Just rolling the dough and adding toppings to put in the oven wasn't what I had expected. To be fair, Phoebe did answer questions but the focus then got further diluted in making donuts and gelato ... I thought I signed up for a wood fired pizza making class
Booked the class Flavor Forward Vegetarian Cuisine with Chef Mike M. in San Francisco (Mission District)
We had a fantastic class on vegetarian cooking with Chef Mike. Not only was it a cooking class, it felt like a show at times :) Mike is intensely passionate about his work, entertaining, and we had a great time all around. Highly recommended!

Wonderful tips and tricks!
Booked the class Classics of India with Chef Meghna in San Francisco (Noe Valley)
Meghna was fantastic! I loved her introduction of spices and how each one was used. The rice was different and amazing as well as all of the savory dishes. Some of the best Indian dishes I have had even after travelled to India for 5 months. Thanks , we will be back!

Booked the class How to Bake Sweet Breads with Chef Christine in San Francisco (Bernal Heights)
Chef Christine was great. It was clear she was knowledgable in the field of sweet breads and was able to troubleshoot some small hangups we experienced along the way. Moreover she was really organized which allowed us to bake 3 full bread recipes in just 3 hours, allowing us to take home our creations to share with our loved ones.

Booked the class Paella and Tapas with Chef Daniel in San Francisco (Potrero Hill)
Such a wonderful experience with Chef Daniel! My partner and I learned how to make tapas and a seafood paella, which turned out delicious! Having very little experience in culinenary, Chef Daniel makes you feel comfortable in the kitchen, which made the class enjoyable and fun! I would highly recommend this class for anyone who wants to learn (and of course eat!) Spanish cuisine.
Booked the class Taipei 101 with Chef Jessica in San Francisco (Tenderloin)
My partner and I had an incredible experience with such Chef Jessica. The food was delectable and is a recipe we will definitely continue to make at home. I highly recommend Chef Jessica's Taipei 101 class for anyone looking to learn about Taiwanese cuisine or how to make wonton dumplings!
Booked the class Taipei 101 with Chef Jessica in San Francisco (Tenderloin)
Chef Jessica created a memorable experience for not just my date and I, but for the entire class. She teaches you traditional cooking methods in a relaxed environment (think Gordon Ramsay... now think the complete opposite of Gordon Ramsay, that's her). This was my first cooking class and she made the experience so memorable that I'll definitely be returning. She is the grand daughter of Mama Liang and for those you know this restaurant from the 626 or Liang's Village in Cupertino, you're in for quite a treat!
Booked the class Taiwanese Market Fare with Chef Jessica in San Francisco (Tenderloin)
We had the best time hanging out with Chef Jessica and meeting the other folks in the class while eating SUCH delicious food. All of the dishes were fantastic and there was so much that she even kindly boxed up leftovers for us to take home :) If you are looking to learn about how to cook these Taiwanese dishes and have a great evening/afternoon out as a date/with friends/family, I can't recommend this experience highly enough. We will definitely be using what we learned today in the future! Also it was just such enjoyable company and great conversation on top of everything else! Thank you so much :)

Chef Meghna was a wealth of knowledge with Indian food, spices, and history of it all. I don’t really cook so it was great to have her walk us through everything step by step. She was truly an amazing chef and I would definitely do another class with her in the future.
Booked the class Introduction to Bread Making with Chef Christine in San Francisco (Bernal Heights)
Amazing class! Christine went above and beyond to accommodate my girlfriend's allergies by providing alternative ingredients and bringing clean cookware. She ensured that we were equipped with the knowledge to make the breads in the future by taking the time to walk through each step. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful experience. Christine is a great teacher!
Booked the class Seasonal Pies with Chef Christine in San Francisco (Bernal Heights)
Our pie-making class was wonderful! In just one evening, we made sweet potato pie, apple crumble, chocolate bourbon pecan tart, and extra pie dough! Christine taught us techniques for the next time we make pie or tart desserts so that they are just a notch closer to what you'd find in a professional bakery (flaky crust, clean edges, learning how to tell when pie is done, etc.). I loved Christine's approach to baking- not fussy or tool-intense. She gave really helpful advice and feedback throughout the class and let us do everything so we were actually learning and not just watching. Christine is warm, funny, personable, and talented. It was a joy to bake with her for an evening and we highly recommend her for any baking class!

Booked the class Brazilian Chocolate Truffles with Chef Renata in San Francisco (Miraloma)
Renata is full of life and eager to share her Brazilian heritage. She told me about making brigadieros when she was a child, and how they are at every event (birthday, anniversary etc…) in her home country. She also gave me some history about how the name came about, which I really enjoyed. The chocolate was a perfect balance of not too sweet or savory, depending on the toppings. I really liked how I could personalize my chocolates.
Booked the class The Process of Perfect Pizza with Chef Cat in San Francisco (Bernal Heights)
Really great time learning from Chef Cat! Learned so much, had fun, and got to take starter home! Definitely worth the price
Booked the class The Process of Perfect Pizza with Chef Cat in San Francisco (Bernal Heights)
Chef Cat was super nice and cheerful and passionate about the class. The setting was adequate and I like how we all participate and did so in groups sometimes. The instructions of how to following the class were a bit confusing even on the sheet afterward (for newbies). I wonder about having the sheet during class. The pizza turned out incredible and I made one with the dough I brought home. I was very happy with my results! I would like to give a tip also I see that's an option but also feel the class was pricey in addition to that.
