Cooking Class - Flavors of Beijing
Immerse yourself in the traditions of this world-famous cuisine with Chef Wen as you learn how to craft traditional dishes brimming with flavor. Master the art of Chinese cooking as you work your way through four classic dishes.
First, make a fresh sweet and sour cucumber salad to awaken your palate, made with star anise, fennel and vinegar. Next up is five-spice marinated tofu, gently pan-seared and served with vegan curry fried rice. Finally, learn how to expertly bake rice cakes with a variety of ingredients.
