Cooking Class - Global Vegan Cuisine

Chef Parsati showcases international spices and techniques to create a vibrant vegan menu.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Parsati teaches you how to create healthy, plant-based food enhanced with fragrant spices and flavorful dips and spreads. Draw inspiration from India and the Mediterranean to transform vegan ingredients into innovative, aromatic dishes.

Begin with pan-fried tofu falafel with a tangy dip. Next, you will prepare rice and vegetable cakes that are crispy on the outside and soft in the center served with spicy chutney. Colorful Mediterranean-style vegetable flatbreads are the centerpiece of the meal followed by dark chocolate coconut fudge for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Wonderful experience and cooking class. As someone new to vegan cuisine, I learned so much including how to get more protein and how to spice things up to make them more interesting. Parsa was unbelievable welcoming and I am already looking forward to taking another class from her. I would highly suggest her classes.
