Enjoy a sophisticated pescatarian menu that combines ingredients and flavors from a variety of cuisines.

In this signature culinary experience, Chef Daniel will prepare an exquisite seven-course menu showcasing the beauty of some of the most opulent fruits of the sea, including salmon roe, Japanese caviar, and monkfish — often called the steak of the ocean. Chef Daniel's menu intricately weaves together exotic flavors that excite the palate and entice you to savor the moment at hand.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

My daughter and I joined Chef Daniel’s Online class and made homemade pasta for the very first time. We learned so much and had a lot of fun. Chef Daniel was a wonderful teacher and our entire family agreed the meal was delicious! I also appreciated that he had multiple cameras so we could watch him teach from multiple perspectives. I enjoyed Chef Daniel's online cooking class. He was knowledgeable and personable. The internet was a little spotty so it was hard to hear him at times. The recipe for the Spanish paella was not accurate and I purchased about twice as much shellfish as needed.
