Cooking Class - Vegetarian Feast
Join Chef Daniel in this hands-on class and learn how to cook his upscale vegetarian menu. In addition to experiencing a gourmet meal, you’ll learn advanced cooking techniques and methods you can utilize in your own kitchen.
Begin with an appetizer Chef Daniel will prepare just for you — a delicate tartlette dotted with eggplant “caviar” and finished with tomato confit and basil oil. Your next course will be soup au Pistou, a hearty Mediterranean bean soup with tomato pesto. For your entrée, you'll prepare vegetarian moussaka, and end class on a sweet note with a fresh apple tart.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
