In this hands-on class, Chef Dirk will teach you everything you need to know to create an elegant, gourmet Italian four-course feast that fuses classic and modern gastronomy. You'll even learn how to classically set a spectacular dinner table in the fashion of a high-end Italian restaurant.
A few of the recipes and techniques you can look forward to learning include the secrets to a unique Italian pasta sauce using herb-marinated, slow-cooked beef sauce as well as how to build an incredible grilled peach dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
