Learn how to recreate vegetarian versions of Japanese classics with Chef Parsati.

Get the full izakaya experience with this hands-on vegetarian cooking class. You'll learn techniques like sushi rolling and stir-frying using fresh produce and traditional Japanese ingredients.

Begin with a starter of Japanese spiced edamame beans, then Chef Parsati will teach you how to make tofu, avocado and cucumber sushi rolls with umami-laden unagi sauce and spicy wasabi. Next, heat things up by preparing yakisoba noodles with fresh vegetables and a sauce with smoky, sweet and sour notes. End class by whipping up an earthy green tea custard.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Parsati was amazing! She was extremely personable, fun to be with and really good at helping us learn. We did a private lesson with her and she taught us to cook a wonderful tailored menu. She was very communicative and got along really well with us. She was able to help my older mom also learn how to cook and went out of her way to make sure she was comfortable and understood everything. We will surely be taking more classes with Chef Parsati again! She is an excellent Chef, a warm heart and just a joy to be around.

This was an amazing cooking experience in a very clean and organized cooking space. Our Chef was very welcoming knowledgable and provided us easy to follow recipes. The food was well seasoned, delicious and presented perfectly for an intimate dining experience. I highly recommend booking this for your next cooking class.
