Embarking on a culinary adventure with Chef Parasti through Cozymeal's private cooking class was an experience to cherish. Her warmth and hospitality shone through from the moment we began, making us feel right at home in the world of vegetarian Japanese cuisine. Chef Parasti's passion for cooking and her expertise in vegetarian dishes were evident as she skillfully guided us through each recipe, sharing tips and tricks that only a seasoned chef would know. The atmosphere was light and joyful, with laughter and learning blending seamlessly as we prepared delicious, healthful dishes. Her patience and encouragement inspired confidence in our cooking abilities, turning what could have been a daunting task into an enjoyable and educational endeavor. The end result was not just a meal, but a memorable experience that enriched our appreciation for Japanese cuisine and left us eager to explore more. Chef Parasti's class was not just about cooking; it was about connecting with food and each other in the most delightful way.

Class was very practical as we had hoped and followed the schedule described. However, Chef Parsati spoke a lot about being a zero waste kitchen while frequently throwing out food that could be saved (such as a seaweed sheet she had ripped to show the size we were aiming for)
