Enjoy an evening of luxurious eating as Chef Daniel teaches you how to make classic French sauces and elevate your cooking skills to a new level of sophistication.

Chef Daniel's menu includes recipes and techniques for beurre blanc, tomato compote and a wine reduction. Guests learn how to make three impressive courses and will enjoy an apple tart made by Chef Daniel for dessert. After this class you will be able to incorporate these French fine dining techniques and flavors into your own home cooking!

Chef Daniel was AMAZING. I highly highly recommend him for anyone who is thinking of taking his class for a special occasion. We (group of 7) took a Bon Appetit class and it was just great from start to the end. His place was spacious and everyone got to be involved in making the three course meal. His steps were very easy to follow, he gave a great instruction on how to use the tools and history behind how/why such ingredients were used, etc. He made sure that everyone felt comfortable throughout. We all get to set up the table and enjoy the food at the end. Food tasted amazing, and you can expect the food and presentation to be as great as what you would expect from a high end restaurant. Overall, great vibe, it exceeded my expectation in every way.

Enjoyed it very much! Excellent chef and cooking class. Scallops and Filet Mignon was out of this world!!! We had a great time and best experience.
