Cooking Class - Traditional Pork Dumpling Essentials
Immerse yourself in the art of crafting dumplings by hand in this cooking class with Chef Edmund. He will guide you as you prepare wrappers and a succulent pork filling from scratch, and practice a variety of folding techniques, mastering the traditional pleats and edges.
Start the class with an exploration of umami by sampling a collection of the chef’s favorite soy sauces from across Asia. Round out this celebration of dumplings with braised pork belly, a vibrant dipping sauce, savory vegetables and a traditional red bean dessert.
