Indulge in a sophisticated winter dinner with global influences.

In this team-building class, you will create a multi-course gourmet dinner. Chef Daniel combines his passion for Italy with his roots from Argentina and lifestyle from Los Angeles to make cooking accessible to everyone. Daniel will aim to instruct the class on the fundamentals of cooking to build confidence and encourage exploration in the kitchen.

You and your teammates will work together to cook four New World recipes. Chef Daniel will lead the preparation and cooking and introduce the class to more complex techniques such as reduction and sous vide. Gain an overview of the most important skills required in cooking while creating soup, gnocchi, fish and duck with sauce.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We did this as a team dinner activity and it was very enjoyable. Chef Daniel explained the cooking process thoroughly and with passion. We all learned new culinary techniques! The food was delicious and it was great having a hand in the process. Would definitely take another class with Chef Daniel.

We received a Paella Class from our kids as a gift. It was an amazing gift and extremely enjoyable. I have to admit that I was just somewhat interested. Chef Daniel made this such a great experience with his format. The atmosphere, pace, etc. was perfect and made for such a great evening for us, that we will be joining him again very soon. The Paella was wonderful. Need to work on our Socarrat a little, but thanks to Chef Daniel, we will get it perfect the next time!
