Cooking Class - Paella and Tapas
In this class, you'll learn a host of cooking skills and techniques from Chef Daniel while enjoying a delectable array of Spanish classics. You'll become familiar with basic knife skills, the various varieties of rice and their applications, making a perfect paella and the essentials of preparing shellfish and other seafood.
This titillating menu begins with a tapas duo featuring a traditional Catalan pan con tomate and setas al ajillo (mushrooms with garlic, parsley and lemon juice) followed by a gorgeous paella. You'll also create a fresh citrus salad and enjoy a smooth, sweet flan prepared in advance by the Chef.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
