Explore the fundamental elements of Spanish cuisine with Chef Daniel.

In this class, learn a host of cooking skills and techniques from Chef Daniel while enjoying a delectable array of Spanish classics. You'll become familiar with basic knife skills, the various varieties of rice and their applications, as well as making a perfect paella and the essentials of preparing shellfish and other seafoods.

This titillating menu begins with a tapas duo featuring a traditional Spanish potato omelette and Setas al Ajillo (mushrooms with garlic, parsley and lemon juice) followed by a gorgeous paella. You'll also create a fresh citrus salad and enjoy a smooth, sweet flan prepared in advance by the Chef.

Chef Daniel did a great job, explaining the key elements of the dishes, chopping vegetables, best ways to hold the knife, and some subtle things one needs to focus on to take cooking to a finer level. He was very friendly. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time.

Chef Daniel was BEYOND amazing! He was so professional, kind, and enthusiastic about teaching us (even though he's probably taught this menu a million times already!). The best thing about Chef Daniel was seeing his pure love of cooking. We were lucky enough to chat with him about his life's trajectory, and he shared why cooking means so much to him. The joy & passion were clear, and it created an incredibly inviting environment. His kitchen is fabulous and he made us feel so at home with his warmth. Without a doubt, we'll be back!!
