Cooking Class - Rustic Italian Meatball Supper
This class will teach you Chef James’ flawless method for creating perfect meatballs and a phenomenal multi-course meal to accompany it. Chef James is passionate and enthusiastic with a love for Italian cuisine and an appreciation for locally sourced ingredients.
Start the experience with an assortment of antipasti followed by a fresh salad made with crisp, seasonal greens. Then it’s on to the entree of succulent polpettini slowly simmered in a homemade ragu made with San Marzano tomatoes served over a bed of bucatini pasta and Parmigiana Reggiano. For dessert, Chef James will show you how to make la quesada, a dish reminiscent of cheesecake and flan, paired with local berries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
