Classic Italian food becomes the source of vegan delight in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Daniel where you'll learn how to create an Italian meal from start to finish with all plant-based ingredients.
Begin your experience with creamy tomato soup topped with crunchy croutons and vegan cheese. Next, you'll make fusillo Napoletano pasta to pair with a vegan bolognese so rich and satisfying that you won't miss the meaty version of the dish. Finish your plant-based menu with a perfectly sweet and creamy baked apple vegan ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
