Learn how to prepare an Argentine holiday feast influenced by Spanish, French, and Italian culinary traditions.

In this hands-on class with Chef Daniel, you will learn how to prepare a traditional four-course Argentine holiday feast using an array of fresh, high-quality ingredients and time-honored Argentine cooking techniques.

Some of the recipes you can look forward to creating in this class include an authentic Italian dish of delicate veal cutlets blanketed with a rich tuna mayonnaise, a fork-tender braised beef tenderloin with mushrooms and a homemade red wine sauce, root vegetable purée featuring either sunchokes, parsnips, celery root, or rutabagas, and a special chef's choice dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
