In this hands-on class with Chef Daniel, you will learn the fundamentals of sous vide, and how to prepare four sous vide dishes using a bounty of fresh, high-quality ingredients from land and sea.

Some of the recipes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include sous vide salmon with a homemade tapenade, a sous vide chicken breast served with from-scratch soubise sauce, smoked paprika and cumin-spiked sous vide carrots with tender forbidden rice and a root vegetable purée, and so much more!

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We received a Paella Class from our kids as a gift. It was an amazing gift and extremely enjoyable. I have to admit that I was just somewhat interested. Chef Daniel made this such a great experience with his format. The atmosphere, pace, etc. was perfect and made for such a great evening for us, that we will be joining him again very soon. The Paella was wonderful. Need to work on our Socarrat a little, but thanks to Chef Daniel, we will get it perfect the next time!
