Cooking Class - Vegan Dinner in Tuscany

Transport yourself to the Tuscan countryside for a plant-based dinner.

In this immersive cooking class, you'll learn how to make a rustic Tuscan dinner with vegan ingredients. Chef Maggie will teach you how to make a three-course meal using traditional techniques and recipes. Make a kale and cranberry salad topped with red onions and tomatoes and a drizzle of olive oil. Then, make gnocchi from scratch using russet potatoes and a creamy mushroom sauce flavored with shallots to go with it. For dessert, make a classic cannoli using coconut milk and a sprinkle of pistachios on top.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
