Explore the Mediterranean region through plant-based cuisine.

The vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean will be on full display in this immersive cooking class. Chef Maggie will teach you how to make classic Mediterranean dishes using plant-based ingredients. Begin by making pita bread from scratch and top it with beet hummus flavored with cumin and garlic. Then, make falafel with chickpeas and parsley to fill a pita pocket with fresh vegetables and tahini sauce. Turn eggplant into a traditional baba ganoush with a hint of lemon. For dessert, dates stuffed with yogurt and cashews end the meal.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
