Team Building Activity - Vibrant Plant-Based Farm-to-Table Feast

Join Chef Dirk for a vibrant and fun culinary team building experience like no other.

In this hands-on team building cooking class with Chef Dirk, you and your team will learn how to prepare a colorful four-course menu that is built on the principles of a contemporary plant-based diet.

You and your team will begin by building a garden salad with a homemade five-vinegar, three-oil vinaigrette. Then, learn how to prepare two plant-based entrées brimming with fresh, colorful vegetables, herbs and seasonings. Lastly, you'll enjoy a seasonal fruit salad featuring a homemade apple cider maple syrup marinade.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.

Chef Dirk was so funny and knew how to make our team get together extra fun! I wasn't sure how we were going to be able to finish cooking 4 dishes in 1.5 hours but he was quick and has everything assigned to us already. He made sure no one felt left out - we took turns putting in all the spices - there were so many! Thanks, Chef Dirk for making our first cooking class a memorable one!
