Discover the allure of divine Mediterranean cuisine with Chef Daniel.

Rich with global culinary knowledge and experience, Chef Daniel is an authority on essential flavors and fundamental techniques. He developed this class to at once relay the distinctive and pure nature of Mediterranean cuisine as well as enhance your cooking skills.

The class begins with a segment on knife skills, where you'll practice chopping and slicing as you create a crudités and hummus spread. Next, you'll gain familiarity with shellfish as you prepare mussels in a brothy, garlicky wine sauce. You'll also learn the basics of sous vide by making chicken souvlaki. The class ends with Chef Daniel's nectarous apple tart (prepared in advance by Chef). While the tart is being served Chef Daniel will explain the fundamentals of making a good crust.

Guests are encouraged to bring wine or another beverage to enjoy with the meal.
