In this interactive cooking class, you’ll create a 4-course Mediterranean meal with help and expert advice from a top-rated chef.
You’ll begin your lesson by learning how to make baked feta with olives, tomatoes, and toasted pita chips. Next, you’ll try your hand at juicy chicken kebabs seasoned with za’atar and homemade tzatziki. Then Chef Rick will show you how to create a creamy garlic hummus from scratch. You’ll end this magical meal by baking a flaky baklava topped with pistachios, walnuts, and honey syrup.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
