Let Chef Cregg show you how to prepare a classic Italian meal in this hands-on cooking class filled to the brim with Old World flavor. From openers to dessert, there's a festival of captivating flavors waiting in every recipe.

Under Chef Cregg's expert guidance, you'll assemble a Caprese panzanella salad with layers of greens, mozzarella, tomato and sourdough. Prepare handmade ravioli stuffed with creamy spinach-ricotta filling, topped with zesty pesto Genovese and a sprinkling of pine nuts. For dessert, create an aromatic olive oil cake served with seasonal fruit.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Cregg was very friendly and informative in his teaching. He made the class fun and taught us new cooking techniques. The only drawback was the other people in the class who treated it as a joke so we ran out of time to learn everything that was on the menu. Next time, we might do a private class to get the full on experience.
