Learn to make an exquisite selection of Asian dishes in the hands-on cooking class for chefs of all skill levels. Chef Carole takes your understanding of traditional cuisine to elegant heights thanks to thoughtful touches and a few contemporary twists.

Work with an array of savory elements to wrap your own handcrafted steamed and boiled wontons before stuffing fresh gyoza with a modern blend of corn, chicken and jalapeño. Close the menu by crafting authentic mochi mooncakes adorned with gold leaf for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
