Learn how to craft artisan raviolis and authentic Italian sauces by hand with Chef Luana.

In this hands-on class, Chef Luana will teach you the art of ravioli making, an artisanal skill that is lost to most modern home cooks. Crafting ravioli from scratch is an impressive feat and Chef Luana teaches you everything you need to know to create these small culinary miracles.

You will begin with homemade dough and fillings that provide an explosion of unexpected flavor. Once you’ve sealed up your dough with a flavorful filling, you will learn how to plate your stuffed pasta with your authentic handmade Italian sauces.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Luana is an incredible and talented chef. I loved this cooking experience with her. The dough and everything was the tastiest and came out perfectly. I feel more confident now about making a delicious meal for guests! She is a very caring and amazing teacher and I very much appreciated the opportunity to learn from her.

Thank you to such an amazing class of delicious authentic ravioli (much better looking than what's pictured!!). Luana is from Italy and one of the first women to make and sell pizza in Italy! So many stories she has to share about her experiences. Nothing like restaurant because her stories really make the experience. Also, she's had a restaurant for decades before moving to America. We had such a lovely time in her warm and familial atmosphere of a home! It was wonderful getting to know her and her light-hearted soul. She's focused on good and warm energy and very detailed in her techniques. The ravioli was AMAZING. The best Italian I've had thus far, simple and full of rich flavor. She's a wonderful woman and with so much energy! I'm recommending her and her food to my friends. Can't wait to see her again.Soo grateful to have met Luana ❤️

Chef Luana is flat out amazing. The food was some of the best I’ve ever had, she is an extremely gracious host, and an excellent teacher. 1000% recommend taking her class; you will have a blast and eat loads of delicious food.
