Thank you to such an amazing class of delicious authentic ravioli (much better looking than what's pictured!!). Luana is from Italy and one of the first women to make and sell pizza in Italy! So many stories she has to share about her experiences. Nothing like restaurant because her stories really make the experience. Also, she's had a restaurant for decades before moving to America. We had such a lovely time in her warm and familial atmosphere of a home! It was wonderful getting to know her and her light-hearted soul. She's focused on good and warm energy and very detailed in her techniques. The ravioli was AMAZING. The best Italian I've had thus far, simple and full of rich flavor. She's a wonderful woman and with so much energy! I'm recommending her and her food to my friends. Can't wait to see her again.Soo grateful to have met Luana ❤️

At first the price may seem steep for a simple lesson, especially for a dish as simple as Pasta. (and don't get me wrong! Pasta can be a very simple dish). But I wanted to take my girlfriend to Chef Luana's course just for the experience at first. It was only after that I realized that making simple store-bought pasta at home (boxed pasta, tomato sauce, etc) is entirely different than having the chance to learn an AUTHENTIC recipe, passed down through a real family, cooked for generations by real people. It was hands down, the best pasta I've ever had. And it was just 4 ingredients. Definitely worth it, and now i'll be able to make this food for the rest of my life!

We took a pasta making class with Chef Luana and had an excellent experience. From the moment we walked in the door she was warm and welcoming, as if we were long time friends. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow and the pasta was delicious. We look forward to taking another class with her and highly recommend her.
