What You’ll Do

Uncover your child's culinary prowess with this guided pasta-making class.

Let your kids' inner chef shine with this hands-on pasta-making cooking class with Chef Luana. As a grandma herself, she has the magic touch to teach the importance of kitchen safety while boosting their confidence with a fun creative outlet.

They will start by mixing up the pasta dough to make spaghetti or fettuccine pasta that will be served with butter and cheese or a tomato sauce. Chef Luana will provide delicious Lorena-style gnocco fritto (fried dough) with toppings for the little chefs to snack on. Kids will be challenged and delighted as they craft their own gourmet pasta meal from scratch, which will end with a sweet crostata.

A minimum of one adult is required to be in attendance per group. Adults are required to purchase tickets in addition to kids. This class is recommended for ages 6-15. Not suitable for those with a vegan lifestyle.

Our experience with Luana was wonderful in every way. She is the perfect host - very warm and personable - and provided us with a very memorable and enjoyable class. The food was absolutely delicious and we will certainly be back again to learn more new skills. My family came away inspired and very satisfied. Thank you Luana!

We enjoyed our time with Chef Luana. She was very thorough and detailed in her recipes and gave some really nice small tips and explanation of the process. She served a bruschetta and eggplant appetizer on her homemade bread and we finished it off with her delicious tiramisu and coffee. Her spaghetti sauce and pasta were absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for hosting us!
