Take a tour of Italy's culinary scene as you create dishes from around the country.
Join Chef Rebecca for a hands-on cooking class all about Italian food! You'll use fresh ingredients and time-honored Italian cooking techniques to create stunning, delicious dishes.
First, use ripe heirloom cherry tomatoes dressed in punchy balsamic to create Tuscan bruschetta. Then, roll out a traditional Roman flatbread and top it with fresh basil pesto, creamy white sauce and your choice of toppings. On the side, you'll dress an arugula salad with a preserved lemon vinaigrette. End the tour with warm mini olive oil cakes scented with lemon.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

She was very kind, but unfortunately did not have any experience with working a pizza oven and I had told her in advance that we would be using a pizza oven.

This was a birthday present for a friend. The recipes were easy to follow. The meal was delicious. It was fun to cook with others and to get to know them a little during the meal. We had a fabulous time!

Chef Rebecca was amazing and very welcoming to her home. She was very patient and I learned tips and how to make a French Brie cheese with an apple compote. The experience was really good for my wife and I. The French Fare dinner was delicious and I learned to make a Ratatouille! Thank you, Chef Rebecca!!

Chef Rebecca was wonderful and very personable. We immediately felt welcomed in her beautiful home. She was quick to put us to work and engage us in making our meal. While the chef is very friendly and has a nice home, that is not exactly what I expected nor paid for.
I did not make all that is mentioned in the advertisement. My husband and I made guacamole, beef and potatoes, the tortillas for the tacos, and was shown how to make the cinnamon sopapilla's. We did not make cilantro lime rice, avocado crema, nor frijoles borrachos. The event duration was about an hour. Do you typically make only certain parts? If so that should be mentioned when paying. I feel ripped off.
Also, the pictures of the food shown in the gallery for the Classic Mexican Street food depict a tortilla being made in a tortilla press, but we fried tortilla's from the store. That is very misleading. There was no "avocado crema" served with the tacos, just the guacamole we made so they were very dry and untasty. The cinnamon honey sopapilla's did not have honey as shown in the gallery as well. The chef fried the tortilla chips and shook them with sugar and cinnamon, no honey drizzle. I'm very confused as to how a menu can be shown that isn't followed.
This class is for people who REALLY can't cook, like at all. Save your money and watcha YouTube video.

Our experience with Chef Rebecca was wonderful! Chef was very friendly, organized, and knowledgeable. The food was amazing and we learned cool new cooking tricks throughout that we will able to apply to other recipes in the future! Would definitely recommend one of her 6 courses!

Chef Rebecca was wonderful! She made our whole family feel a part of the cooking class and taught my two teenagers some excellent cooking skills. Her recipes were easy to follow, and the food we cooked was delicious. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fun family activity in the kitchen.

Amazing night! Rebecca was super accommodating and extremely communicative prior to arriving. The menu was perfectly curated and her wonderful personality aided to the lovely backdrop for dinner. Flavorful and vibrant, each dish in our 3 course meal was a treat. I’m not a sweets fan but the poached pear was the best dessert I’ve had in years. I would absolutely recommend Rebecca! Thank you for the experience!

Chef Rebecca was wonderful! She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about cooking. She was such a good teacher and kept us engaged the entire time.
