Learn the fundamental skills of making pasta from scratch from a true pasta making master.

In this hands-on class, you will learn the secrets to creating fresh pasta by hand as well as delicious homemade sauces with Chef Luana. Born and raised in Ascoli Piceno, among the rolling hills of the Marche region of Italy, Chef Luana knows a thing or two about seriously good pasta.

From classic tagliatelle to paglia e fieno (green and yellow pasta), old world recipes and techniques will find new life in your hands as you work with genuine top quality ingredients to create unparalleled flavors and fresh, authentic pastas.

At first the price may seem steep for a simple lesson, especially for a dish as simple as Pasta. (and don't get me wrong! Pasta can be a very simple dish). But I wanted to take my girlfriend to Chef Luana's course just for the experience at first. It was only after that I realized that making simple store-bought pasta at home (boxed pasta, tomato sauce, etc) is entirely different than having the chance to learn an AUTHENTIC recipe, passed down through a real family, cooked for generations by real people. It was hands down, the best pasta I've ever had. And it was just 4 ingredients. Definitely worth it, and now i'll be able to make this food for the rest of my life!

We took a pasta making class with Chef Luana and had an excellent experience. From the moment we walked in the door she was warm and welcoming, as if we were long time friends. Great class. My bf wanted to learn how to make pasta from scratch so we took a pasta class with chef Luana. It was us and one other couple. We were grouped in pairs of two and we both got to make our own dough. Then each individual took turns running it through the machine. We made two different kinds: Spaghetti and fettuccini. It was easily the best pasta we had ever had. We took home the leftover uncooked pasta (there was quite a lot!), which made for an easy lunch/dinner the next day. :)
