Cooking Class - Mediterranean Plant-Based Dishes
Learn how to craft a 100% plant-based Mediterranean menu designed to elevate your party experience.
During this engaging cooking class, Chef Jackie will guide you in creating a vegan Mediterranean menu. You’ll explore how you can create exquisite flavors by combining fresh vegetables with different spices.
Start by crafting handmade lemony herb-stuffed grape leaves with rice, cinnamon, allspice and mint. Next, you’ll make a velvety baba ganoush bruschetta with a smoky twist and create a Mediterranean salsa and tahini topping for party-sized chickpea burger sliders. And lastly, transform traditional popcorn into a Mediterranean delicacy by adding black and white sesame seeds.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Jeff Jackie's event/experience largely exceeded my expectations. Not only the recipes were fabulous, she is a great teacher. We learn many basic cooking technics, such as how to properly hold a knife, ways to cut scallions, etc, etc. The food tasted amazing. Thank you so much Jackie

Chef Jackie taught a super fun and informative class! The food that we made was delicious and I really liked that she infused her Lebanese culture into the meals because they were very unique. I learned a lot of new cooking techniques that I will apply on a daily basis, and I already bought ingredients to make one of the amazing dishes she instructed. This class truly exceeded my expectations!
