Take a gourmet approach to Italian dining with a selection of deliciously imaginative dishes.

Embark on a fresh and flavorful culinary journey in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Seyhan, where seasonal ingredients shine in every course. You'll explore inventive starters, refined mains and an elegant dessert while mastering a variety of cooking techniques.

Start by preparing two vibrant starters as a group: choose from shredded Brussels sprouts salad with anchovy vinaigrette, radicchio and kale salad with orange and walnuts, or a hearty kale and sweet potato quinoa salad with honey-tahini dressing. For your main course, choose between green risotto topped with tender scallops or creamy pesto gnocchi, each made completely from scratch. Finish with a poached red wine pear drizzled in luscious caramel sauce for a sweet, sophisticated finale.

Chef Seyhan is pleased to accommodate dietary requirements and modify dishes to meet your preferences with prior notice.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Seyhan brings over a decade of global culinary experience, including nine years in New York City, where she refined her skills in top kitchens. In one of her final roles, Chef Seyhan worked alongside Michelin-starred Chef Ronny Embark, deepening her expertise in fine dining. Trained in culinary school in Turkey and later specializing in pastry at Savor School under Kirsten Tibballs, Chef Seyhan seamlessly blends Mediterranean influences—Turkish, Greek and Italian—with a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients. Whether in the kitchen or in the classroom, Chef Seyhan is dedicated to sharing her craft through immersive culinary experiences.

This was a really great experience, both my GF and I would highly recommend Chef Seyhan to teach and educate you on how to craft and cook your own food creations. The menu was delicious and my favorite were the scallops.
