Embark on a fresh and flavorful culinary journey in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Seyhan, where seasonal ingredients shine in every course. You’ll explore inventive starters, refined mains, and an elegant dessert while mastering a variety of cooking techniques.

Start by preparing two vibrant starters as a group, such as peach Caprese salad with creamy burrata, marinated watermelon salad with whipped feta dip, edamame hummus served with crisp tortilla chips, or a colorful avocado-tomato tartare. For your main course, choose between green risotto topped with tender scallops or creamy pesto gnocchi, each made completely from scratch. Finish with a poached pear drizzled in luscious caramel sauce for a sweet, sophisticated finale.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

In one of her final roles, Chef Seyhan worked alongside Michelin-starred Chef Ronny Embark, deepening her expertise in fine dining. Trained in culinary school in Turkey and later specializing in pastry at Savor School under Kirsten Tibballs, Chef Seyhan seamlessly blends Mediterranean influences—Turkish, Greek and Italian—with a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients. Whether in the kitchen or in the classroom, Chef Seyhan is dedicated to sharing her craft through immersive culinary experiences.

Chef Seyhan is amazing!!! She came for our 15th wedding anniversary and I can’t think of a better way to spend my evening. She’s a lovely woman and extremely talented with her cooking skills!! I will certainly have her again. She is welcome in our home anytime.
