Learn how to make incredible and traditional dishes from Sardinia with Chef Francesca.

Building upon the incredible dishes she grew up eating in Sardinia, Chef Francesca has curated a cooking class in which you'll learn to make each authentic recipe from scratch.

After enjoying a savory cheese and cured meat platter prepared by Chef Francesca, you'll discover how to balance various flavors and textures with fresh ingredients. You will learn to make traditional dishes such as fennel with shaved Parmesan and pecans, handmade pasta carbonara or pistachio-crusted salmon with asparagus. Enjoy decadent tiramisu or panna cotta to wrap up this insightful lesson.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Francessca was an excellent and patient teacher. She has first hand experience cooking Italian food not only from living there, but also working in some of the top Italian restaurants in LA. She brought all of that knowledge to our class, and it was so much fun.

Francesca warmly opened her home and taught us amazing Italian techniques that we will take into our own home for future meals. We had such a great time.
