Learn how to make incredible and traditional dishes from Sardinia with Chef Francesca.

Bringing together her favorite dishes she grew up with in Sardinia, Chef Francesca has created a class where you'll learn to make each recipe from scratch.

Learn how to make traditional dishes such as fennel with shaved Parmesan and pecans, handmade pasta carbonara or pistachio-crusted salmon with asparagus, and a crowd-pleasing panna cotta in this hands-on class.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and it was such a lovely and fun time! Chef Francesca is so knowledgeable and also has such great stories about her experiences. I highly recommend this experience. Also, don’t forget your wine!

Chef Francesca was an amazing instructor and storyteller. She made everything seem incredibly accessible and the food turned out amazing. She also was very accommodating to my dietary preferences and worked with us to help us pull together an amazing meal of fresh pasta, perfectly cooked fish and incredible tiramisu....from scratch!! Highly recommend Chef Francesca and the Cozymeal experience. :)
