Embark on a journey of discovery covering a trio of beloved global cuisines.

Discover the essence of authentic Vietnamese, Korean and Thai dining with an in-person cooking class that brings adventurous cooking to your home kitchen. Chef Carole is your guide for a tour of these incredible cultures, each offering a distinctive dining experience.

You'll test your wrapping skills with Vietnamese spring rolls stuffed with savory shrimp. Later, turn out tender Korean glass noodles topped with steak and an array of vegetables. Finally, transform simple rice, mango and coconut milk into a traditional Thai dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls

With shrimp, rice noodles, cucumbers, mango, herbs, fish sauce, garlic and nuoc cham dipping sauce

Korean Japchae Stir-Fried Glass Noodles

With flank steak, shiitake mushrooms, sweet potato starch noodles, vegetables and sesame oil

Thai Sticky Mango Rice

With glutinous rice, mango and coconut milk
