WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn essential sushi technique while rolling four bold, creative signature rolls from scratch.

Discover the art of creative sushi rolling in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Willow. Guided by a chef with experience as a former sushi director, you'll learn the essential techniques behind sushi rice, rolling and layering bold, restaurant-style flavor combinations.

 

You'll start with crispy sushi rice topped with spicy tuna and jalapeño before working through three signature rolls – the Monster with crunchy shrimp and tobiko, a coastal crab roll with mango and a cpicy New Yorker wrapped in soy paper with New York steak. Each roll builds on the last, leaving you with real technique and plenty of inspiration. Book this sushi class today.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Crispy Sushi Rice
With sautéed sushi rice, spicy tuna and sliced jalapeño
