Enjoy a lavish Italian feast worthy of a swanky steakhouse!

In this class, Chef Francesca shares her Italian heritage and years of cooking experience to bring you an authentic Italian culinary adventure in which you'll learn an array of valuable culinary skills.

Your hands-on class begins with an appetizer of elegant eggplant rolls stuffed with salty prosciutto and creamy fontina cheese. Next, create an iconic Italian classic: silky carbonara with a simple egg and pecorino sauce before moving learning to expertly cook an impressive ribeye steak served with potatoes and truffle oil. Conclude with an airy white chocolate mousse.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

What a great experience! Chef Francesca was such a great instructor. She taught us how to make handmade pasta, roasted potatoes, stuffed mushrooms, and dark chocolate mousse. I’ll definitely be making those dishes again! I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn how to start cooking.

Chef Francesca was friendly and knowledgeable, and made the class fun. There was a good mix of food on the menu which provided the opportunity to prepare a variety of techniques, and meal was absolutely delicious!
