Enjoy a lavish Italian feast worthy of a swanky steakhouse!

In this class, Chef Francesca shares her Italian heritage and years of cooking experience to bring you an authentic Italian culinary adventure in which you'll learn an array of valuable culinary skills.

Your hands-on class begins with an appetizer of elegant eggplant rolls stuffed with salty prosciutto and creamy fontina cheese. Next, create an iconic Italian classic: silky carbonara with a simple egg and pecorino sauce before moving learning to expertly cook an impressive ribeye steak served with potatoes and truffle oil. Conclude with an airy white chocolate mousse.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
