Cooking Class - Italian Steakhouse
In this class, Chef Francesca shares her Italian heritage and years of cooking experience to bring you an authentic Italian culinary adventure in which you'll learn an array of cooking skills.
The menu begins with an appetizer of eggplant rolls stuffed with salty prosciutto. Next, create an iconic Italian classic: silky carbonara with a simple egg and pecorino sauce before moving on to an impressive ribeye steak drizzled with a red wine reduction. Conclude with an airy mousse duo.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
