Enjoy a sumptuous Italian feast!

In this class, Chef Francesca shares her Italian heritage and years of cooking experience to bring you an authentic Italian culinary adventure in which you'll learn an array of cooking skills.

Your hands-on class begins with an appetizer of eggplant rolls stuffed with salty prosciutto. Next, create an iconic Italian classic: Silky carbonara with a simple egg and pecorino sauce before moving on to an impressive ribeye steak served with potatoes and truffle oil. Conclude with an airy white chocolate mousse.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The experience and the meal were beyond amazing! I gifted this cooking class to my fiance and he absolutely loved it. Chef Francesca was very clear in instructing us and was nice enough to answer our questions when confused.
