Trained in culinary school in Turkey and later specializing in pastry at Savor School under Kirsten Tibballs, Chef Seyhan seamlessly blends Mediterranean influences—Turkish, Greek and Italian—with a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients. Chef Seyhan is amazing!!! She came for our 15th wedding anniversary and I can’t think of a better way to spend my evening. She’s a lovely woman and extremely talented with her cooking skills!! I will certainly have her again. She is welcome in our home anytime.
