Bring the romance of Rome to your table in this Italian cooking class led by an expert chef. You'll learn the importance of using the finest ingredients to create traditional flavors and learn to differentiate between different olive oils for the best results. You'll start by creating a fresh Caprese salad using creamy mozzarella and heirloom tomatoes, followed by pollo al limone; a classic chicken dish prepared with lemon. Afterward, you'll master the art of Italian soup-making with a traditional minestrone and finish with a classic tiramisu.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Caprese Salad

With fresh mozzarella, heirloom tomatoes, basil and balsamic vinegar

Pollo al Limone

With chicken breasts, lemon juice and zest, chicken broth, butter and parsley

Minestrone Soup

Chef Carole was amazing! We had a great time learning how to prepare a delicious meal. She was very patient and her recipes and instructions were easy to follow.
