Was a part of the dumpling class on Feb 8th. Set-up was interesting with most couples/other folks having their own station. We were partnered with another couple (who were nice!) but not an ideal setup for date night out. If I knew this would be the case i would not have booked the class. Because I booked through cozymeal I was not given the recipes for any of the dishes even though I requested them at the end of the course and wrote down my email so I can get them. A couple of the dishes were really great but I’ll need to find my own recipes. Also unfortunately the instructor was not very helpful when administering instructions, during the pan frying of the gyoza we were told to have the heat at 1000-1200 for the gyoza. This lead to us and multiple others in the class to burn their gyoza even when we turned it down for our next batch we put the heat to 500 and still burned. Instructor had no comments to really correct this issue. Overall, was a new experience to try once but certainly will never book a class ever again.

It was a very nice experience. I would prefer not to share with another couple though unless they came with us. It was a delightful time though.

It was a great experience. I attended the class with my husband and our two kids, and we all had an amazing time. The chef made everything very easy to follow and created such a happy, welcoming vibe. My kids absolutely loved it—they had so much fun operating the machine to make cookie dough, mixing all the prepared fudge ingredients together in a bowl on the stove, and decorating and making the strawberry tart. We all worked together and enjoyed the warm and delicious cookies in the end. There was a small accident during the class, but the chef and staff handled it quickly and turned it into a wonderful teaching moment for our kids, showing them that accidents happen and that it’s okay because we can fix them. Overall, it was an excellent and memorable experience. The chef and staff were truly great. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this class to our friends and family.
