Learn how to make pasta completely from scratch in this hands-on cooking class!

If you love pasta and want to learn how to make it the best way, this class taught by Chef Francesca will be perfect for you! You'll practice hand rolling pasta in three different shapes, and learn the secrets for drying and cooking pasta the authentic way. After that, you'll get to choose two different sauces from a mouthwatering array of options to complement your pasta.

We had a lovely evening in Chef Francesca's kitchen. My son and I had fun learning how to make two different types of pasta, along with two delicious sauces. The whole experience was wonderful, and thanks to Chef, we're now able to recreate this meal for friends and family.
