Booked the class The Italian Dessert Maestro with Chef Francesca in Long Beach (Cal Heights)
Chef Francesca was amazing with the Italian desserts she had lined up for us. She was very friendly and quite informative of tips and tricks to do while preparing these dishes and dishes with similar ingredients. She also mentioned ways to modify them for different flavors and ways to prepare them to be more aesthetic. I would give her a 7/5 if possible.
