Learn to stretch, top and fire authentic Neapolitan pizza – plus a warm ricotta-berry dessert pie.

Learn to stretch and top pizza like a true Neapolitan in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Zach. You'll master the technique behind an authentic pie – from shaping the dough to firing it in just 90 seconds for that signature leopard-spotted char.

 

 

You'll bake a classic Margherita before building a signature pie of your own with your choice of toppings. The class closes with a warm ricotta-berry dessert pizza finished with honey – a sweet, unexpected finale that shows just how versatile a great dough can be. Book this pizza class today.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
