Attentive, patient, wonderful energy and showed us step by step how to create delicious ravioli from scratch. Even those of us that were nervous about it, enjoyed every part of the experience. We made gnocchi. I'm excited to try it at home. So easy & delicious. We had a fantastic night. Two families, lifelong friends.
