What You’ll Do

Learn to craft restaurant-quality menu of Caesar salad, pasta, garlic bread and panna cotta at home.

Enjoy a fun Italian cooking class with a top-rated Chef Cregg. Participants will learn important skills and techniques for preparing authentic Italian dishes, from homemade dressing to pasta from scratch.

You’ll begin by making a classic Caesar salad with homemade dressing and Parmesan cheese ribbons. Then, craft homemade fettuccine pasta by hands with rich Bolognese sauce and flavorful Italian garlic bread on the side. End the class by preparing an amazing creamy vanilla bean panna cotta topped with seasonal fruit compote. This experience will boost your confidence as you’ll be able to recreate all these dishes at home with ease.

My wife and I had a great time at Chef Cregg's vegan French cooking class. It was a very educational class, as we were put to task and busy pretty much the whole time. We walked away with new food knowledge, cooking skills, and plenty of leftovers. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this class and Chef Cregg! He is friendly, funny, and makes the space feel very cozy. He allowed us to explore and even taught us some long-lasting cooking fundamentals. Food was great. I surprised my girlfriend for our anniversary; it was just the two of us, and it couldn't have gone better. 10/5 experience. If you think about the amount of work that goes into this-- coming up with recipes, shopping, prep, the actual class, AND the cleanup-- you realize you really get your money's worth. He even accommodated for gluten-free. Chef Cregg is awesome. We will definitely be back for other classes.
