In a mixing bowl, combine the lump crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, chopped green onion, Mexican blend cheese, seafood seasoning, lemon juice, paprika and fresh parsley.
Mix all of the ingredients together and stir until smooth.
To serve cold, place the dip in the refrigerator until chilled and serve.
To serve hot, preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the dip in a baking dish and top with additional Mexican blend cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Shrimp and crab dip is best served with French bread, crackers or tortilla chips. Enjoy!
