In the bowl of a food processor or stand mixer, combine the cream cheese, brown sugar and salt.
Mix until well combined and smooth.
In a large plate or shallow bowl, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly, about 1½-inches thick. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Prepare the cranberry jalapeno mixture. In the bowl of a food processor or a blender, combine the cranberries, jalapeno peppers, cilantro, scallions, lime zest, lime juice, salt and pepper.
Pulse together for 10 seconds, making sure the cranberries are roughly chopped.
In a medium bowl, combine the sugar, granulated garlic, cumin and coriander.
Pour the sugar mixture over the roughly chopped cranberry mixture and pulse together for 5-7 seconds. The dry mixture should have worked itself into the wet mixture at this point.
Transfer the mixture into a medium bowl and stir to evenly distribute the mixture. Marinate to develop the flavors for 2 hours. Once the flavors have developed, strain and drain any excess liquid that may have risen to the surface.
Remove the cream cheese mixture from the refrigerator and using a large spoon, spread the cranberry mixture over the cream cheese mixture.
Serve with crackers and enjoy!
