Preheat the oven to 375°F. Prepare a baking sheet topped with a wire rack. Slice the jalapenos lengthwise. Use a spoon to scrape out the seeds and the membranes of the jalapeno. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, garlic powder and pepper together. Set aside.
Fill the jalapeno with the cream cheese mixture.
Wrap the jalapeno with one slice of bacon.
Pierce the center of the jalapeno and the bacon with a toothpick.
Place the stuffed jalapeno on the prepared wire rack. Repeat with the remaining jalapenos.
Bake the jalapenos for 20 minutes or until the jalapenos are tender.
Serve warm. Enjoy!
