tarragon vinegar
1 tblsp
chopped fresh tarragon
1 tblsp
chopped fresh parsley
salt and pepper, to taste

shredded cooked chicken

hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/3 cup(s)
chopped celery
1/4 cup(s)
sliced black olives
2 tblsp
roasted pepitas

Step 1

To make the tarragon dressing, whisk together mayonnaise, tarragon vinegar, tarragon, parsley, salt and pepper until combined.

Step 2

Fold in the chicken, eggs, celery, black olives and pepitas. Toss until everything is coated in the dressing.

Step 3
